October 1, 2013 at 11:57 pm #169029Hi,
After upgrading to version 2.3, I am experiencing blank icon lists and icon boxes, even after clearing the cache and recreating the icon list: http://www.valuation.co.il/2118-2/?theme=enfoldThanks,
EranOctober 2, 2013 at 8:38 am #169175Hello erantdo! Please use icons that are available here: http://fontello.com/ Looks like you use a font from Font Awesome. Cheers!
IsmaelOctober 2, 2013 at 9:21 am #169200Thanks, but it’s still blank (I mean after deleting that font) -

October 3, 2013 at 9:36 pm #170088Hello! Clear and reset all caching and minifying settings you have with plugins or server side. Then re-make the icon list from scratch and see if that helps. Cheers!
 DevinOctober 7, 2013 at 1:01 pm #171584Hi,
I cleanedthe cache, deactivated all of the plugins (except for revolution slider). It’s still emptyOctober 9, 2013 at 5:57 pm #173144Hello! The way the fonts are being rendered on the iconbox and iconlist has been changed on the update. Please recreate them. See if they work again. Cheers!
 IsmaelOctober 9, 2013 at 6:02 pm #173149Hi,
I did. Can’t you see the icon list has the theme’s default values?October 10, 2013 at 4:38 am #173386Try Kriesi’s solution in this post: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/icons-still-not-working-in-firefox-and-ie/#post-173204 October 10, 2013 at 7:43 am #173469didn’t work.. October 12, 2013 at 3:54 pm #174621What specifically didn’t work? Did you adjust your htaccess file? October 12, 2013 at 5:09 pm #174665None of them worked October 14, 2013 at 3:46 pm #175106So you’ve added the new htaccess file changes to your wordpress installation as well as tried re-creating the icon list elements, clearing cache for your site and browser? It will be great if we could solve this pleaseOctober 15, 2013 at 9:13 pm #176065Generally it helps to get as much detail as possible in each back and forth. One word answer are a sign, at least from our part, that a user is typically not engaging in the response we are providing. In this case we’ll need to log into your WordPress admin and take a look at things from the back end. You can add the credentials here as a private response that only support will be able to see by checking the box for “Set as private reply”.
