The site recently started going at a snail’s pace and I’m not sure what’s causing it. Everything is up to date – PHP, themes, plugins, etc.
I was having errors with the customizer and CSS area and then disabled and re-enabled the plugins. Now the homepage is blank.
The homepage was blank before and it came back but I feel like something is messed up and I’m not sure what.

I’m not a programmer but I can see your woocommerce has a jQuery error. Thats why you can’t see products.
What I would do: create a backup, delete woocommerce, reinstall and see if it fixed the problem.

I was able to get the homepage to load properly but am getting all sorts of weird errors. Something is going on and I can’t seem to get the Custom CSS to come up without this error log coming up.

I tried to enabled WP_DEBUG_LOG (have commented it out) and reproduce the error but it’s not showing any error at all.
Probably what’s showing on your end is the cached version, please try to clear your browser’s cache.Best regards,
