    Hello, my website has blank content. My full image sliders are not appearing and some text content is missing on some of my pages.

    Also the avia layout builder is not loading.

    I am having issues with Avia Layout Builder in every page of the website. Elements of the Layout Builder are not shown and the Layout Builder is stuck at loading.

    I have tried:
    – Updating everything (including theme and plugins) to the latest versions.
    – Deactivating all the Plugins.
    – Re uploading the theme several times as you’ve suggested in other threads (Also done through FTP).

    I’ve attached website link and admin access in private section

    Hope to hear from you very soon as it is urgent for me. The website is my job and I am losing business. Thank you

    Hey NathanQ97,

    Could you try to download the latest version (4.2) from Themeforest and then update manually via FTP? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Thank you, that solved my problem. All that is wrong now is that I cannot edit my widgets. The drop down menus are not working and I can’t drag widgets into the sidebars or footers. Can you help me?

    yes of course. I tried wiping everything and re-installing the enfold theme and sometimes a page comes up saying my flash player is out of date and then it downloads a file. I have tried for days to work out why and it comes down to the enfold theme.

    this problem is making me lose business so this is urgent.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I see that you had a default theme active, so I activated Enfold and everything seems to be working as it should. Could you have a look at your site please?
