Hi,
you closed a topic I opened, without solving the problem.
It’s been 20 days now and I still don’t have a solution.
You’re the best support team out there, please assist me on this.https://kriesi.at/support/topic/blank-icon-list-after-upgrading-to-2-3/
October 21, 2013 at 6:24 pm #178571Hi erantdo!
Last night version 2.4 of Enfold was released. So please try updating your theme to the latest version.
For a quick guide on updating your theme take a look at this video on updating the Enfold theme via FTP: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750
I do not know why topic was closed but please cooperate. Providing as much information as possible instead of one word answers would help a lot to solve your issue faster :)Best regards,
YigitOctober 21, 2013 at 7:41 pm #178605Hi,
1. I upgraded to v 2.4 and recreated the icons list and emptied the cache – it still doesn’t work.
2. The answers were maybe short, but in the bottom line, I did everything you asked.
3. What can be more important than a paid user that is struggling with a major bug for 3 weeks? why hasn’t anyone got back to me since I gave the admin credentials?October 21, 2013 at 7:49 pm #178610The title for this topic should have been “Blank icon”. The current title is a mistype.
October 21, 2013 at 10:09 pm #178659Hi!
You have so many plugins installed. Can you try deactivating them all and check if that helps?
Some people had this issue but all were troubleshot but solution does not work on your end for some reason.Cheers!
YigitOctober 21, 2013 at 10:40 pm #178671Just tried it, plus clearing the cache. Didn’t work.
Please note that I already did that in earlier versions, as shown in the other topicOctober 21, 2013 at 10:44 pm #178676Hi!
I tagged our head of support Peter and Kriesi. They may need admin login ( if you have changed this one https://kriesi.at/support/topic/blank-icon-list-after-upgrading-to-2-3/#post-176066 ) as well as access to FTP upload folder. So if you do not mind, it would be helpful to post them here privately. Make sure to check “Set as private reply (Only you and moderators will see the content of this post)” above Submit button
Regards,
YigitOctober 21, 2013 at 10:47 pm #178678I installed a font from http://fontello.com/ and then deleted it. Can that be what’s causing the error?

October 22, 2013 at 5:27 pm #179145upgrading to 2.4.1 didn’t help
October 22, 2013 at 9:16 pm #179234I had the same issue, however it was being caused by a product called Cloudflare a CDN and Cache service my hosting provider uses. I simply clicked the clear cache button and it was fixed.
October 22, 2013 at 10:06 pm #179244Thanks, but I don’t have a CDN
October 23, 2013 at 3:07 am #179387Hey!
Is this your site ps190741.dreamhost.com ? It says “Site Temporarily Unavailable”.
Please recreate the icon list from scratch. Deactivate all plugins then reload again. Check if there are unused plugins on wp-content/plugins folder.
Best regards,
IsmaelOctober 23, 2013 at 7:48 am #179525No, that’s the FTP address you guys requested.
Ismael, did you look at the history of the posts ? If you had, you have seen that I’ve done everything you asked.
