    Hi there

    i am confused about a black section that appears underneath my grid rows, depending on the size of the browser window. The smaller the window, the more black colore appears.

    It is difficult to describe, please have a look, see the link in privat content

    Thank you in advance

    Hi,

    No that doesn’t work, it looks like WordPress login details? Please see private for what I’m referring to.

    Hi,

    I’m asking for login details to the htaccess login prompt which is shown in the screenshot I posted. It’s likely set in you cPanel or web host interface. Without those details we can’t even access the WordPress login page.

    As for your problem; did you check the settings for the row itself? Not the individual grids.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Yes, i checked every single row…
    I found a htpasswd file via ftp, i hope that’s what you need? I never set that file, and never used it – i don’t really understand, why you cannot login with normal login details. Nobody else had problems with this…

    thank you

    Hi,

    That is not working either, if you don’t need the password protection for the login page, then maybe you could turn it off?

    Hi,
    i solved the issue by myself, by adding this code
    #main, .avia-msie-8 .av_header_sticky_disabled#header {
    background-color: #f4f4f4;
    }
    wich i don’t really understand, the main background settings are #f4f4f4. Never mind, it works.

    I am still confused, that you can’t login to the webisite, i never set a special password protection. Could it be one of the following plugins, that prevent you from the log in page?

    Disable REST API
    Deaktiviert die Verwendungsmöglichkeit der JSON REST API auf deiner Website für anonyme Benutzer.

    Disable XML-RPC Pingback
    Stops abuse of your site’s Pingback method from XML-RPC by simply removing it. While you can use the rest of XML-RPC methods.

    SeedProd Coming Soon Page Pro
    The Ultimate Coming Soon & Maintenance Mode Plugin

    The Disable REST API and Disable XML-RPC Pingback ar preinstalled Plugins from my host, i don’t know if i really need them?

    best regards
    Katharina

    Hi Katharina,

    Great, glad you found a solution. The login prompt is set on the server, it’s likely not coming from any of your plugins. It might be automatically added by your host for IPs coming from other countries than Austria for instance. If you want to know exactly why then you would have to contact your hosting provider.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    ok, thank you, i’m gonna enquire about that.
    best regards
