    Hi Kriesi-Team,
    I used a video in a color-section as a background. I uploaded the video to the media library. However, I have black bars at the top and bottom that I can’t get away. I have already tested different video formats, but the bar is still there – and not beautiful. Can you give me support how to turn this off? Thank you for your help.

    I have checked your site and I don’t see those black bars that you mentioned.

    okay – what have you done? ;-)
    When I open the page: in Safari, Chrome, Firefox I have a black bar at the top and bottom. I am sending you two screenshots of my screen. How can that be?

    Hi Daniela,

    I see, I think the difference is the screen height.
    Is the background section set to At least 100% of Browser Window height, if yes then I think that would be an issue since videos doesn’t have a native option in the browser to cover the whole screen (width and height) unlike the background image. I think the best option would be using the LayerSlider in your case.
