    Hi
I tried to use just a short 4 sec video as background. Now the visitor would get a black screen every 4 sec. Back in 2014 there was no (clear) solution, what about now? Using Enfold 3.5.3
    Regards
    Wolfgang

    Hi Wolfgang,

Sorry for the trouble, the automatic updates aren’t always compatible with certain server configurations. Please try installing and running the following plugin in order to clear WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/

If that should not work then you might have to update manually via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Best regards,
    Rikard
