Hey guys
Firstly, thanks for the amazing work on the new theme, looks awesome!
I’ve developed a website using MAMP and today I wanted to transfer it to a test environment to send it to client. The migration process seems to have worked just fine (I’ve used Migrate DB), the site displays correctly, but now when I try to access any page on the wp-admin console, I get a blank screen.
I’ve de0activated enfold, and the problem gets solved, so I’m assuming it must be something related to that. I’ve tried to do a fresh install of Enfod, but as soon as I active it, the problem comes up again. I’ve also tried to disable the 3 plugins I had installed, but no dice.
Any idea?
Thank you very much :)

April 11, 2017 at 2:12 pm #776038Hey wurgi,
Please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Thank you for the reply. I’ve already tried to do that, got the latest version form my Enfold account, but as soon as I activate the theme, the page loads and it goes white.

April 12, 2017 at 5:17 am #776435Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. There’s likely something going wrong when you migrate the site then, we can’t really be responsible for that though. Could you try to transfer it again maybe?
Best regards,
RikardApril 12, 2017 at 8:15 am #776516Sure, I can do that, but why is it then that the problem only happens when Enfold is active, whereas the other themes just work fine?
April 12, 2017 at 10:35 am #776562@wurgi you could try to delete the content of /wp-content/uploads/dynamic-avia/. While Migrate DB will do all the necessary work in your database during the transfer it does not change domain names and path information in the dynamically created files from Enfold (this is not a bug – this is by design). If it works you need to go to the enfold settings and save them again.
April 13, 2017 at 5:24 am #777011Hi,
Thanks for sharing that @mensmaximus, it might be the issue. Please try that out @wurgi.
Best regards,
RikardApril 13, 2017 at 2:13 pm #777269@mensmaximus Thank you very much for you suggestion. I’ve tried but unfortunately without success, the problem still persists.
I’ve tried once again another fresh installation/migration to another subdomain (http://new.smppc.ch), but again the same problem: the website displays correctly, the wp-admin goes blank.
I’ve also asked my hosting provider to increase the PHP memory limit to 128mb, but no dice.
Funny thing is, I’ve tried to install it to another hosting, and this time it worked flawlessly. Is there anything else I can check or ask my hosting provider to do?
Thank you,
Alessandrop.s. ho Chrome, I’m getting the following error when trying to reach the wp-admin login screen:
new.smppc.ch is currently unable to handle this request.

VictoriaApril 16, 2017 at 7:15 pm #778486Thank you everyone, but I was able to solve the problem. Indeed it was because the PHP memory limit.
