    I always have updated the Enfold theme via FTP, replacing the old theme folder with the new one.

    And WordPress just emailed me a warning detecting an error with my theme ( a WordPress 5.2 feature) during the uploading process.

    Is there a better way to update the theme now?

    Hey Rikard,

    I just updated to 4.7.3 using FTP, by drag and drop new Enfold theme folder over old one.

    Even though I got a warning from WordPress, it all went smoothly as usual.

    Just wondering if there is a better way to update now?

    Hi GB,

    Thanks for the update. Did you create a token at Envato and did you add it to the backend of the theme? If not then please try doing so: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. You should get update notifications on the backend after that.

    Oh, that worked great, created a token and API code was accepted. Looking forward to try updating from the back end when the next update is released, thanks!
