Hello, my site is fully built out using the Enfold theme, but I am looking into updating the theme and switching from the standard template to one of the new GYM demo themes within Enfold. I would like to use some of the demo pages from the Enfold Gym Demo Theme.
I am confused by the process, if I import the demo, would my current site still be the same or does it overwrite some aspects of it? Can I simple just download page demos without changing my current theme?
What’s the best way to import these demo pages without overwriting my current site so I can start working on updates?

I’m sorry but importing a new demo will overwrite the existing theme options. If you want to get the “gym” pages, set it up on a new installation then use the WordPress import/export panel to import the pages. Or provide links to the “gym” pages that you want to use and we’ll give you the shorcodes.
