    On the samsung tablet the footer is the last issue: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0lJBXa_bXKOcWczRHBtU0RjeEE
    On ipod touch 6 there is also an issue with the footer: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0lJBXa_bXKOM1dTQlNPNG9BMmM
    On ipod thouch 6 I have a question about the header: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0lJBXa_bXKOYks3TTZmNTZSdGM. Can we make it fill the whole width?

    And in chrome, but also in firefox the menu bar behaves like this: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0lJBXa_bXKObF9PaExQbkNmOW8

    Hi,

    please use different ticket for different issues, as well as provide us a precise link showing the element in question in every ticket you’re opening.

    I think most of the issues are caused by a caching issue. So would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your reply.

    These are all issues on the homepage and unfortunately to clear the cache doesn’t help :-(

    Can you help me?

    Hi,

    you’re still using a caching plugin. Please switch it off and then deactivate it, while things are still not working well for you.
    Are we allowed to deactivate every plugin you’re using for testing purposes?

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Hi Andy,

    Sure you can deactivate plugins. No problem.

    I have now deactivated the cache-plugin.

    Hope you can look at it again :-)

    Hi,

    remove any custom code you’re using to find out if one is causing this issue. If that doesn’t help, then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Thanks Andy,

    Unfortunately, no luck when removing the custom css. I will try and reinstall the theme tomorrow.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi,

    It’s me again. Reinstalled the theme without any problem.

    I will double check the responsive issues on tablet and ipod. And put them in a new thread if necessary.

    Main issue is the behaviour of the menu/navigation bar. It hasn’t improved unfortunately…. :-(

    Have made a screencast (2.19 min) to show you.

    Hope you can help me :-)

    Hi,

    thanks for the video and yes it’s always best to open a new ticket in our forum, to keep things clear for us.

    Everything on your homepage seems to be zoomed in somehow, so bigger than usual. I guess some custom code is causing this issue and as you’re using quite a lot of it, it would be best to remove all of it to check which one is causing this issue.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Hi Andy,

    I have tried checking my custom code but found out something in a fresh installation.

    Will you watch this screencast (2 min) for me?

    Oh and yes, it looks like it is zoomed. We wanted the font to be quite big so reading would not at all be a problem. All the other elements are the regular sizes I believe.

    Have a nice weekend!

    Hey!

    Please set the “Sticky Sidebar menu” to the first option because setting it to “always sticky” will force the sidebar to not scroll with the content even if the sidebar is bigger or taller than the screen. Aside from that option, you can also decrease the height of the menu items or decrease the size of the logo to create more space for the bottom part of the sidebar. Try this in the Quick CSS field.

    #top #header .av-main-nav > li > a {
        font-size: 18px;
        font-family: 'Raleway', 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;
        padding: 13px 3px;
        line-height: 1.5em;
    }

    .html_header_sidebar .logo {
        padding: 20px 40px;
        margin-top: -10px;
    }

    On bigger screens, I’m pretty sure that you won’t encounter this issue.

    Thanks Ismael,

    Tried it, but it doesn’t change much. Too bad…

    When scrolling down you now do see the whole navigation and social media buttons, but when scrolling further down, all I get is empty white space :-(

    I put a link in the private content part with an example (form a different theme) on what I think could be a solution.

    I am working on another website where we used the sidebar menu option and there it also behaves this way. Will open a new thread for that issue.

    Hi,

    there is no option for this in Enfold by default I’m afraid. I think the problem is that you are using too many menu items for our sidebar menu. I think it would be best to hire a freelance developer if you want to have things customized for you: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Thanks for your suggestion.

    Hope it can be implemented in a future enfold-update.

    have a nice day!

    Hi,

    please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/

    This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)

    Best regards,
    Andy
