Hi Support Team,
I have installed the latest version of BBPress, but for some reason the theme is not applying the same styling elements found in your demo. There is no border around each post. Please see: http://gambit52.com/topic/questions-about-ellusionist/
Do you know what I can do to make it look like your demo?
Thanks

YigitMarch 23, 2014 at 3:16 am #241711Okay, I have updated to the latest version of the theme, but my bbpress forums are still missing the styling elements seen in your demo.
Thanks
AsadMarch 23, 2014 at 4:47 am #241730Hi!
I saw this with another user recently where their installation had gotten corrupted somehow and the output of bbPress wasn’t correct. So the styling looked off but really what is happening is the formatting displayed by bbPress (the html output) is incorrect.
Unfortunately the only way that user was able to fix it was to manually delete some of the bbPress tables from their database and re-install the plugin.
Best regards,

Can you please provide some instructions on how these bbpress tables can be deleted?
Thanks
AsadMay 24, 2014 at 3:23 am #269401Guess the best thing you can do is to post your login for your wordpress site and the SQL (mostly phpmyadmin on hoster) and ask the support if they can help you with it.
Make sure you post it as private reply so that only the support can see itThe newest version of enfold is now 2.7.1 and i guess you could update the BBPress plugin as well. But i would create a backup of the database first.
May 26, 2014 at 2:30 pm #270110Hey!
Thank you for the update.
I checked the website again but it’s not using the latest version of the theme. Please download version 2.7.1 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Cheers!
