I have added [bbp-forum-index] to a page and that page presents properly with the footer.
When I click on a forum – the topic page then presents [av_sectionmin_height=” ….. in the place of the footer.
I’ll add all the login details below as its presented to members only.

Hi,
The shortcode of the BB is not rendering properly so it creates those issues.
Can you try create a page with no Advanced Layour Builder, place the shortcode so we can see what is going on?Best regards,
