Hi,
I can’t find a solution to my problem so I’m asking you :)
Here is the problem :
I choose the option “Display one the side but only once product was added to the cart” for the cart.
It works when I add the product but after that (changing page for exemple) it disappears and I don’t know why :(You wiil find in private content a product url of the website.

I couldn’t figure out why it doesn’t appear, try flushing the cache out, if that doesn’t work, I’m not sure if it’s okay but adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling) would make the cart icon empty or not:

I empty the cache of wordpress and of my browser and it doesn’t work.
I add your css but it shows the basket even if there is no item in the basket. I just want to show the basket when there is an item in it.Thank you for your help !

Yes, I understand however I could not really point out what’s causing it because class that should be added on the html tag isn’t added which might be some conflict in js, would it be okay if we try to deactivate all plugins and check it out? I’m a bit hesitant to try to debug and isolate the issue as you might have some visitors, would it be also be okay if we try to debug it or if you can create a stage site where we can try to debug without causing any issue on your live site.

I already try to desactivate all plugins but it doesn’t change anything.

This issue was fixed in the latest version of the theme. Please upgrade to version 4.1.2.
UPDATE: If the cart is not displaying when add a product to the cart, please refer to this thread.

This is a current issue in the theme and it would help a lot if you try the modification that we suggested. It will be included in the latest update once fully tested. If you don’t have the time, please post the FTP and WP details in the private field so that we can implement the changes.

Thank you for the info. We implemented the changes but it’s not working yet because the site is still using an old version of the theme, 4.0.7. Please upgrade it to 4.1.2.

Like I said I don’t want to update the theme because it will break all my design….

Why will it break? Did you modify the template files? You will be required to update the theme eventually to fix compatibility issues.

Do you think it will be OK if i update the theme ?
I think you made modifications on mobile menu and perhaps in other things that is why i’m a little afraid to update the themeHi,
Please create a backup of the whole site specially of the css and file modifications then update the theme. Move to a child theme to retain the modifications on update.
