This is probably a straightforward thing, I have a particular blog entry (not a page) where I’d like to add a lightbox/gallery. I attempted to do this by creating a new post in the blog, and while in Avia Layout Builder dragging “Gallery” down from “Media Elements”. This sort of works, but there’s only the text I had created for the entry plus the lightbox. No blog title, author attribution, share icons at the bottom, etc.

Blog entry with gallery (but no title, etc)

Typical blog entry with title/share/post comments, etc:

What am I doing wrong (or not doing)? What are the steps to adding a gallery/lightbox to a blog entry? I think I’m missing a concept here. Thanks!

    Hi Brad,

When using the Layout Builder for posts it will act like a page and you will have to add any content you want to it manually. You could also try to save when the default editor is active, it should bring in the the “default” items to the post.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
