    Dear Kriesi Team,

    I have a problem after moving a website from test environment (stage) to live (prod).

    First, there was a problem with the css of the backend. Somehow I fixed it but there is still this problem with the banner of the LayerSlider which is not shown. The website adds this after the domain “?avia_forced_reroute=1#top”.

    Do you have an idea what is happening here.

    Hey Jasna,

    Thanks for the login details. That can happen if you had Coming soon mode active, then deactivated it. I activated it again and selected the option which is not a page, then deactivated it again after that. Could you check if it’s working as expected now please?

    The LayerSlider still is not there and the ?avia_forced_reroute=1 is still there.

    Hi,

    The LayerSlider is working on my end, and the redirect is added becuase you set your home page as the custom 404 page in the theme options. I’ve turned that off for you, and it’s working as expected. Please create and set a dedicated 404 page instead.

    Thank you for your support.

    I created a 404 page and the ?avia_forced_reroute=1 is gone. Thank you!

    But I am afraid… the LayerSlider is still not showing. On my test environment it’s working, not on the live page.

    Hi,
    Try updating to v5.6.5 and see if that helps. I see that you have not added a valid Envato Token so you can manually update if you wish.
    To update Enfold manually you will need to download the latest installable WP version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New
    WordPress_Appearance_Themes_Add-Themes_Add-New.jpg
    after you choose the zip file and click install, you will see a This theme is already installed message because you are updating, you can continue

    then you will see the Theme updated successfully message.

    Thank you, Mike! I added a token and will update ASAP.

    I believe there is something wrong with JavaScript.
    Two things: I can not get into editing the LayerSlider project and I can not open the DSGVO Cookie settings on the website.

    Thanks for the update, the LayerSlider is not working on my end now either. I see that you have added a token, but the update doesn’t seem to be coming through. Please try updating using this plugin instead: https://envato.com/market-plugin/
