    Hi – I love this theme, but with version 4.4.1, the background video (Vimeo) in a Color Section that is spec’d to auto-play only does so sometimes. After refreshing the page, most of the time it just shows a still image from the video. I’m on a Mac using Google Chrome, with excellent internet speed. Can you please help? Thanks!

    Hi Victoria – sure – it’s a temporary URL, but on the hosting server – link is in private content.
    The background video is toward the bottom of the page, with 2 buttons over it. It will probably work the first time, but please refresh the page a couple/few times – that’s when it “freezes”. Since I’m still working on the site, I need to refresh the page frequently.

    Hi Susan,

    I’m on OSX using Chrome as well, though I can’t reproduce the problem you are describing on my end. I reloaded the page 5 times but the video loads every time. Maybe it could be due to caching on your local machine? Did you try to reproduce it in an incognito window using Chrome or in a different browser?
