    Hi, my background video for my color section is not showing up on the front end of my site. I have tried with a youtube and self hosted link – neither seem to show on my end, I have also tried other browsers and all i see is gray. The video should appear in the top section on the first page of my site. Instead of the video it is just a gray color…

    Hey rootbranch,

    I have checked on your site and could see a js error, can you try to disable the Siteground Optimizer plugin? and see if it helps.

    Hi, I deactivated that plugin but the video is still now showing up. I tried deactivating all the plugins one by one and it still did not resolve the issue. I also tried a different youtube video but it produced the same gray screen. I attached a login for you.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I temporarily activated the option to delete old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance, and the problem went away after that. Please review your site.
