    Hi,

    I want to have a background video on my homepage that starts automatically when the user enters the site. For this purpose I entered a colour section and inserted the video and a header but it is not displaying the video. The video is hosted in youtube.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details, could you upgrade the account to admin rights as well please? Otherwise we can’t see much on your installation.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, could you try to delete the cache from your caching plugins and leave them deactivated please? Also please try to deactivate the functionality under Enfold->Performance to see if that is causing the issue.

    Hi, the caching is now deactivated. Can you take a look?
    I had a programmer look into it and he said there is a code problem in the developer console and 404 in jQuery. Can you fix that or should I hire someone?

    The site is running on an older version of the theme, 4.3. Please upgrade to version 4.4.1. Let us know if the update helps.

    I updated my Enfold to the latest version but it says that this is 4.3.
    The video is still not playing. Would be great to have it fixed before the weekend.
