Hello
I have a color section with a Vimeo video for the background.
On the first time you load the page after awhile, the video does not play.
Only when refreshing the page, the video starts.I tried adding the video in another container using iframe, and it worked fine. the problem only occurs when the video is a background.

VictoriaI am using google chrome but checked on several different computers, and they all had the problem.
The problem is not looping once the video plays, it is that the first time we load the page, the video doesn’t play until we reload the page.

VictoriaI tried using both Chrome and Firefox, and the result is the same.
After I refresh the page, the video works, but the first time I load it, it doesn’t (so clearing the cache is not relevant).Thank you

Which OS are you using? I cannot see the behavior you’re describing in Chrome and Opera on a Mac. On Safari only the image shows the video did not, it started after refresh.

I updated your last update on the site and it still does not work,
The problem is that the first time I go to a website, the video just does not go up – just showing a picture.
What you describe about your FIREFOX OS problem happens in CHROME and EXPLORER.
Please check the problem – I lost the money on the site because of this problem ….
I have to look for other options to solve this problem and it costs me extra money and time.
We are regular customers of your template and it is wrong that we are losing customers on such a malfunction.If you can not resolve the problem I have to request a refund.

I’am change the link of the video to “https://vimeo.com/243999048?autoplay=1&loop=1” . I’m add the line “?autoplay=1&loop=1” to the old link.
and now its working.
before the upgrade it doesn’t work.
maybe its the changes is upgrades?

I checked your website on macOS on Chrome and it does work fine on my end, attached a screenshot in private content field. We will ask our teammates to check your website on Windows :)

We have the same issue on our site
(The site is using the Autoptimize plug in to fix CSS and JS loading)
We are using Chrome and Firefox on both Mac and PC
Sometimes the Home page video runs on first load, other times it does not
Then the same issue also happens at times on another page with a different video as background element.
I’ve cleared cache & cookies multiple time but it still seems to break randomly
Can you help please?
