    The background video does not play on iMac iOS 10.9.5 and Safari 7.1.

    This works on all Windows browsers that I tested.

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    It is working on safari windows. I’ll ask the rest of the support team to check the site. Make sure that you’re running Enfold 3.0.2 on WordPress 4.0.

    Hey!

    please install the newest version of Adobe Flash Player. After this your background video will work for Safari on Mac.

    Hey!

    I am using Mac OS X 10.9 and Safari 7 and after installing the update of Adobe Flash Player your background video works perfect (before the update it did not!). See screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/mhmky4q76hoo1ax/Bildschirmfoto%202014-10-21%20um%2016.59.25.png?dl=0

    Hey!

    I don’t think it’s because of Safari 7.1. Try to clear browser cache. Did you do a restart after updating OS X and Safari?
    What about another Mac? maybe one a friend’s computer?

    on the safari konsole you can see this:

    Blocked a frame with origin “https://www.youtube.com” from accessing a frame with origin “https://dallas.iflyworld.com”. Protocols, domains, and ports must match.

    This is a Javascript SecurityError: Blocked a frame with origin from accessing a cross-origin frame

    i don’t know why – how do you place the youtube video on your site?

    Hi!

    This is really a problem between Safari and Youtube. Please try to switch OFF the point in Safari Preferencess > Advanced > Stop plug-ins to save power
    Lets see if that helps for you.
