    Hi,

    Did you modify anything in the functions.php file? We couldn’t check it because the Appearance > Editor panel is not accessible. Please post the FTP details in the private field so that we could check the files directly.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

    We just noticed that the Privacy & Cookies > Cookie Handling > Default Cookie Behavior is set to the third option, which prevents the video from playing automatically on load. This should be set to the first or second option if you want the video to play automatically without user consent.

    The background video loads fine when we disable the privacy options temporarily, or when we accept the cookies first and reload the page.

    I have two color sections where I have videos playing from Vimeo. They were implemented about a month ago and were working perfect until yesterday. Now both of them wont show up nor start playing in the color sections. I have the latest enfold version and have not changed any plugins. Can you help?

    Hi,

    @kavaliauskas: We found a few script errors in the console which might be causing the issue and it looks like you have added an incorrect anchor or value for the The Cost of Bad Credit menu item.

    You should not use any symbols for anchors and as much as possible, they should be in lowercase format.
