First, I LOVE this theme! Second, I’m frustrated with getting background videos to loop in Safari. Yes, I’m using Safari 8 on Yosemite. I’ve seen a number of other tickets about this same problem and that’s what is typically asked.
Here’s a sample where it’s not working:

The site is not live yet… you’ll need the password (provided below).
I don’t want to have to use YouTube as a workaround. Is there any way to fix this?
Thanks!
Hey suntereo!
Thank you for using Enfold.
I checked the site on Safari Windows 8 and it loops fine. I’ll ask the rest of the support team to take a look.
Regards,
Ismael
Hey!
webm videos are not supported by apple, so you need to upload your video in other formats as well. Please refer to this post: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/webm-video-background-on-color-section-does-not-play/#post-363860
Cheers!

Right… that’s why I have supplied *both* the mp4 and webm in the same folder per your documentation. However, I really don’t want the webm version of the file to distract from the point of the ticket… so I’ve removed the webm version. Now, there is only MP4 and it should work… but it does not.
There is a genuine bug here in Safari on Mac (Yosemite). Does anybody on your end have a Mac to confirm? Otherwise there’s no way on your end to resolve.
Hi!
I have Mac 10.9.5, but I will flag Yigit for this because I think he has Yosemite.
Best regards,
Andy
Hi!
We are aware of the issue and investigate it. Since We already got a thread with this issue I am going to close this one now. Please monitor:
