    I’m using the color section for a background video. It was working for a while. I added a code block with my GetResponse web form java script in it. Now, whenever I “LOG OUT” and then preview the page. The background video no longer shows.

    It’s probably a javascript error caused by this web form your adding. Send us a link and we’ll take a look.

    Yes, it is a javascript error. But, I removed it and the problem continues. It’s on this home page.

    Hey!

    please try to deactivate all plugins (especially Jetpack for example), to see which on could cause the issue.
    If that does not help please give us admin access, to have a deeper look into the issue.

    Hey Andy,

    I’ll give that a shot. However, it was working with plugins. It stopped when I added the Javascript from my Get Response email form. Are you suggesting that the javascript may have messed with a plugin?

    Hey Andy,

    You were right. It’s a plugin. WP Rocket a cache plugin is causing the problem.
