Background Images (Parallax and Fixed) Not Showing Properly

Hi,

We are experiencing an issue with the image backgrounds (parallax and fixed options) on our theme. We are currently running the most up-to-date version (3.0.4). It was working well until about a week ago. We thought that the update would fix this issue, but it did not.

Please let us know how this can be fixed and if any changes need to made on the website. Please confirm with us before moving ahead with any changes on your end.
