Hello. I just started using this theme and it is excellent!! Just one issue:
The images that I enable for the background on the one page portfolio do not properly show up on my mobile device. I have a Samsung S5 and have tried a few different browsers. When I view your Live Demo of this layout I get the same issues. Can you please help to address this? If you need screen shots I can provide them to you.
Please note that this does not happen on a desktop version. I can resize my window and the site responds correctly. Thank you.
March 18, 2015 at 8:51 pm #413969Hey joymoleta!
I tried viewing your link but it looks like there might be a .htaccess block for your site. I tried the login information you provided but it would not let me in.
Is this the page your looking at? http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-one-page-portfolio/#portfolio
I checked on a Nexus 7 and moto e but it looks fine on my end. Since your on Android make sure your using the latest version of Chrome browser.

ElliottMarch 18, 2015 at 9:13 pm #413977Oh, so sorry. I forgot to provide that to you.
username: view
password: demoAnd that is correct, that is the page I’m looking at.
I have checked it with my S5 using Chrome, Dolphin browser and the stock web browser. They all have the same results. On the demo page, where the testimonials are, the background only shows up partway through that section. The contact form section doesn’t display the background at all. I saw another post yesterday with someone else having this issue on the mobile view as well. They were suggested to try an edit to the css to adjust the zooming properties on a mobile device or to display the images at 100%, I’ve tried both of those suggestions from that thread but neither option had any effect.

Thank you for your quick response.

Just following up with you again. Have you had a chance to look into this matter? Please advise. Thank you.
March 20, 2015 at 7:49 pm #415482Hi!
Hmm, I thought it was displaying fine for me before but I checked again today and I see the backgrounds are not displaying in our demo. Looks like it could be a bug with the background overlays.
I’ll go ahead and flag this for the rest of our team to confirm.
Cheers!
ElliottMarch 20, 2015 at 10:20 pm #415551I’ve found that the backgrounds do display on mobile devices but ONLY when using the “scroll” setting. On fixed or parallax it goes black. Please let me know what a fix for this is done. I would prefer to use the parallax option. Thank you.
March 23, 2015 at 8:03 pm #416633Hi!
We should have an update pushed sometime tomorrow. After doing the update clear your cache and check again and let us know if that fixes it.
Cheers!
ElliottMay 11, 2016 at 11:38 am #630608Hi!
I know this is an old thread but I’m actually facing the same issue. I’ve chosen a fixed image as background but, on mobile devices, either it does not appear (I just get a white background, in my case) or it scrolls – depending on the device (I’ve tried on two different phones).
Everything’s fine on Chrome on my Mac, though. Thanks for your help.
FulvioMay 12, 2016 at 6:17 am #631147Hi,
Could you try updating to the latest version of the theme (3.5.4) to see if that helps please?

RikardMay 12, 2016 at 3:46 pm #631434Hi Rikard,
thanks for your answer. I was running version 3.5.3, you’re right.
I did manage to get the background image displayed on mobile also on the old version I was running. This, because I got rid of the footer and breadcrumbs- I think this is the reason. The bkg image is not fixed and it scrolls though (but this result is fine to me).
Same result when I updated to version 3.5.4.Thanks,
