    hi, I’ve reinstalled the latest version of enfold after the stuff up with the update just before christmas when many of my site’s functionality no long er worked. The functionality is restored again as previously but I cannot get background images to show. the images are there in the theme area as before the update and are still attached but are not showing – this is in the footer area and main background area… any advice on what I should do..

    Hey sarahed!

    Try deactivating all of your plugins and clear your browser cache. If it’s still not displaying then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

    Hi!

    Ok I see it being applied now but the image your linking to does not exist.

    test-site/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/footer-background1.jpg

    Upload the image again and it should work.

    Hi!

    I logged in and selected the footer image from your media library and saved and it seems to be working fine.

    Also, make sure to update WordPress and Enfold.
