Background images are no longer displayed on mobile - Support

We are using WordPress 5.8.1 and Enfold 4.8.6.2. Since a few days all header images (background images) are not displayed in the mobile version. In addition, some functions in the Avia Layout Architect also no longer work or changes in the backend are not adopted as desired in the frontend.

As far as I can estimate, the errors occur since one of the last updates of WordPress or Enfold. Before that the site ran stable and error free on all devices for almost 3 years.

Also the plugins can not cause the error from my point of view. I have deactivated all plugins one after the other. This has no effect.

Here is a sample page. The header image is displayed in the desktop version. Not in the mobile version. Just like on all other pages.

thanks for your reply.
We had to restart the server once briefly. Otherwise the website was not down. That is strange. Maybe you caught exactly this moment?

We have found the error ourselves in the meantime. It was due to a plugin that caused the errors after an update of WordPress. It´s now fixed and everything is running again.
