    Followed the YouTube Tutorial step by step…my image doesn’t show up. I tried different browsers, flushing cache, and even adding new tabs with colour background (which work) as well as adding content in a text box, etc…. and nothing I do gets the image to show up. I have updated to the latest version of Enfold (4.1.2) as well, and I have no custom CSS in my general styling.

    I’m even using the same size photo as was used in the YouTube tutorial. Not sure what else I can try, but it just doesn’t show up and everything is just white.

    Hey pimpvache,

    You can check if there`s some plugin conflict disabling all of them.

    I already tried that. Even with all plugins disabled (there are only 5 as well) the problem is still there.

    Could you please login using the details I provided and have a look please?

    Hi pimpvache,

    You have to edit the tab, set background image and set it to scroll. It works.

    Thanks for the reply – yes it does work, but as helpful feedback, it seems that when choosing “fixed” this is where the problem persists, and in the YouTube Enfold Tutorial it states to choose “fixed”.
