    Hi,

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)

Are you using any caching? or maybe your server? please ask your host about it.

    Best regards,
    Andy

it is not that, you can deactivate all the plugins which I have done already. This is not the issue, if you change the parallax setting for something else the picture shows up. You can even change the picture that wouldn’t be cached. It is probably a bug in the Theme or something wrong in the css that deal with it.
    Please help

    Any word on this issue?

    #664521

    Hi,

we can’t reproduce the issue on our end and it’s working fine for thousands of other customers too. Seems that there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Andy

I am still fighting with the background images, I will create a new thread as the parallax issue has been restored reapplying the upgrade via ftp

    Hi,

I’m not sure I understand what you mean by your last post, what problems remain for you?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
