The background color is not working in sections, nor in grid row. Also not working in columns. I disabled file compression.
December 12, 2024 at 1:54 pm #1473493The CSS doesn’t seem to work. I created a admin user.
December 12, 2024 at 4:04 pm #1473507Hi,
The theme options are not saving on your site, that is the likely problem. The server is returning a 403 error on the file in private, please reach out to your hosting provider and ask why that is.

Unfortunately the login is not working for me and I don’t see any screenshots, to add a screenshot please try using an Screenshot service and pasting the image URL in your post. What is wlwmanifest.xml?
The wlwmanifest.xml is included in WordPress for integration with Windows Live Writer.
The Windows Live Writer application is now discontinued. However, the wlwmanifest.xml file is still part of WordPress.I don’t believe that this would block the theme css from saving, but a 403 on wp-admin/admin-ajax.php may do so.
Your fonts are blocked as mixed content, loaded as http on a https site, try adjusting your font urls:

The background color is not working in sections, nor in grid row. Also not working in columns. I disabled file compression. There is something wrong with the styling.December 16, 2024 at 1:32 pm #1473758Maybe I should start from scratch?
I’m looking forward to your solutionDecember 17, 2024 at 5:30 am #1473804Hi,
Thank you for the update.
Did you change the login URL or restrict access for specific countries? We can’t access the login page using the default login or admin URL. Please provide the custom login URL in the private field.

Thank you for the info.
We’re still encountering the same issue when trying to access the wp-login or wp-admin path. Try temporarily disabling the plugins.

unfortunately, I’m still not able to login to the admin page.
Try disabling Enfold Theme Options ▸ Performance ▸ JS & CSS file merging and compression and enable Enfold Theme Options ▸ Performance ▸ Delete old CSS and JS files and clear your browser cache. If your ManageWP Worker plugin also has caching also clear this or disable it.
Are you using a CDN or server caching? If so also clear these.
Once we are able to login to the admin we can examine better.Best regards,
