Hi,
I’ve searched for an answer but haven’t found one yet. There are really two issues, both involving a fullwidth video section.
1) when the page is refreshed, there is some kind of bug that results in blocky black and white chunks that flash before the page is fully rendered (noticed primarily in chrome for mac). The white sections seem to be wherever there are graphic elements in the page (logo, menu, slider text). I have a screen shot but don’t see a place to upload it…
2) also after reloading the page, there is a black screen that flashes before the video plays. it is really jolting considering the color schemes of the site. Is there a way to change the color of the video background, or avoid it displaying before it is fully loaded? I’ve seen the threads listed below, and none of them get at the solution.

Hey jwrawlings,
I see what you mean and it seems to be the video causing it, it doesn’t happen if you reload before the video has loaded. I couldn’t look any deeper because the account doesn’t have admin rights, could you change that please? The chance of an end user ever seeing that is slim I would say, there are not many scenarios where a hard refresh would be the only option in order to view the page.
Best regards,
Rikard
