I’m facing some issues with saving the template on portfolio entry. It’s keeping on deleting contents every time I update the page. You can open the page I mentioned below and try using template portfolio2. It will create the page in the backend the way I want but when you will click on update, it will not show all contents. And when you will go to edit the page again, all contents would have disappeared already in the backend. This is a big problem for me to do future updates and I’m kind of stop working on it because everytime i create a template, it doesn’t work and I have to do the whole page manually again.

Can you check if the space on your hosting provider is full?

June 1, 2019 at 12:23 pm #1106050Dear, just for your knowledge, I’m stuck on this topic since last 20 days. Also because of this, I can’t work on this website. What’s happening is, many times I finish one portfolio entry page and when I click on update, it just forgets everything and I’m left with just a slider and some text. everything else gets deleted.. It has waster so much of my time. So, I would highly appreciate if you can solve this issue and test it properly.

I converted to the classic editor then tried to use a template named portfolio2. it applies but right after you click on update, the page reloads and contents disappears.June 4, 2019 at 5:23 pm #1107183Hi,

You forgot to close the font tag. Please rectify it by adding a closing tag.
