    I am working on a website http://www.onlead.com.au
    I commenced editing the About page, updated and viewed the page. I need to redo some edits and the page just hangs and I can’t get into it. I have also had this happen on another web site.
    Can you assist?

    ALSO
    The Main Menu – I want to increase the size of the font, have tried going into Advanced Styling but can seem to find it.

    Hey Helen,

    Thanks for the login details, let’s stick to one problem at a time. I see that the server is returning a 403 error on the admin-ajax.php file when trying to edit the About page, I’m not sure why that is though. Could you enable debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes, then copy all the shortcodes to a new page so that we can try to pinpoint the problem please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I created a test page, please see private. All I did was to remove the # characters in one of your text blocks, and the + character in the last animated number, and that brings the layout builder back to normal. I’m not sure if it’s the # or the + which is causing the problem, but it’s one of them for sure. I copied your content to a local installation as well, but I can’t see any problems there, so I’m guessing that you server doesn’t like those special characters. Maybe you could find some alternatives to those characters?
