    Hello,

Since updating to WC 9.4.1 on Nov. 12 along with 2 other plugins – Mailpoet and Bulk Table Editor, my website’s backend is not accessible to most pages.
I have checked for theme and plugin conflict and found if I keep Enfold as a theme, Google plugins, Mailpoet, and Advanced Coupons create major problems. If I switched to WP 2024 theme, everything works perfectly with all plugins activated. I think the issue is with Enfold compatibility.

Right now, I am keeping all the necessary plugins active so I can continue receiving orders, but it’s very impractical since I must deactivate some temporarily to have access to my backend. Really not practical during the heavy sales season!

Thank you for looking into this.

    Philip

    Hey philipbrook,

Thanks for the login details. On which page can we see the problem in question?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hello Rikard,

Thank you for your quick reaction.

You will need to activate a few plugins to see the problem. I presently have deactivate many in order to keep my storefront active.

If you activate Mailpoet, you will no longer have access to Order listings or be able to modify product pages.
When Mailpoet is activated at the same time as Advanced Coupons all backstory pages are blank WSOD.

    I hope this helps.

Just to add to my list of problem plugins:

    Google for Woocommerce
    Site Kit by Google

    Both render the backend inaccessible

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. Do you have server error logs which you could share with us? Also, do you see any error messages when this problem occurs?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hello Rikard,

I just checked the server logs again and no error messages are on file.

I just activated the plugins that make the problem happen and this is the message I get:

“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”

BTW, I don’t get any messages in my mailbox, and the right email is on file on the website.

I will leave the Mailpoet plugins activated, so you can go and check. They don’t affect the front end but you will see that it’s impossible to reach the the following backend pages:
    Woocommerce > orders
    Woocommerce > customers
    Woocommerce > orders
    Woocommerce > extensions
    and access any product page.

All other backend pages seem to be accessible without problems.

Kindly let me know when you will have made your check so I can deactivate Mailpoet. I need to modify product pages.

    Thanks
