I’ve recently update the enfold theme. All seemed to work well for a bit but when I visited the website today the admin section was not working
Gives it gives the following critical error:
Warning: require_once(config-layerslider/config.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php on line 80
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'config-layerslider/config.php' (include_path='.:/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/share/pear:/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php') in /var/www/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php on line 80
Using PHP 7.3 and from memory it had the latest version of WP or very close to the latest.
Hey Roboc1,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Rikard. There is no way to log in because the backend isn’t working.
Hi Roboc1,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Can you give us FTP access to your site?
Best regards,
Nikko
SFTP is below
Hi,
Thanks for that. I’ve uploaded a fresh version of the theme for you, but that didn’t make any difference unfortunately. Would it be ok if we disabled all plugins via FTP, to see if that helps?
Best regards,
Rikard
That’s fine give it a try.
Hi,
Thanks for the update. I renamed the plugin folder, and your site seems to be back to life after that. I changed the plugin folder name back as well, and it seems to be working fine after that too. Please review your site.
Best regards,
Rikard
Strange. Any idea what would’ve caused it? So I can try to prevent it from happening again in the future.
