hi,
i just bought the enfold theme today and installed it on WordPress 4.5. As i wanted to import the demo data for the church demo, i was told to install “the event calendar” plugin. When activating this plugin my backen crashes and i have to remove the plugin manually. When i have activated one oft the default themes the installation and activation of “the events calendar” works very fine. When i want to change the theme to “Enfold” after the plugin is installed, the Backend crashes, too.
I hope you can help!

What happens exactly when it “crashes”? You could try increasing WordPress memory to see if that helps: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

RikardApril 27, 2016 at 8:59 am #622855Hi,
i tried to increase the memory but it did not help. Installing the events calendar plugin with a different theme works fine, installing the theme without the plugin works fine, too. Both together doesn’t work. I geht a white screen and can’t enter the backend until i remove the plugin or theme via ftp. Can you please help me?April 27, 2016 at 9:27 am #622868Hey!
The login credentials do not work please send us working login credentials for FTP and WordPress with user role as ‘administrator’ and permission to disable all plugins and add custom code if necessary to resolve the event calendar issue.

April 29, 2016 at 7:01 am #624125Hey!
We are working on your ticket please wait while we update the results here soon.We checked for the issue and to be honest this is the first time i’m seeing a conflict like this with events calendar. This might be an issue with the memory limit please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
Also let us know which version of php you are using.
Cheers!
