Hallo… I was deactivating some plugin to see if they had some responsabilities for the issue with google map and suddenly my back end stopped to work….
that is the message

Please help me…. I don’t think to loose all my work deactivating some plug in (I think where ACF and ACF for Seo)
All this just because your gmaps shortcode doesn’t work (even after activating the paid account)

I tried to troubleshoot this issue but as you already mentioned the backend access is blocked.
Don’t worry the solution is pretty simple. Just access wp-content/ folder from your hosting control panel or FTP and rename the plugins folder to plugins.old and themes/enfold folder to enfold.old. Do the same for child theme folder if you are using one.
The backup and restore should be free and is free with many hosting companies as it is important to have a backup of your website to save yourself the effort of setting up the site again from scratch if anything goes wrong.

I rename plugin folder, ehnfold theme and child theme folder… now I got access to my back end… I did a new plugin folder, delete .OLD from the child theme folder and reinstall ENFOLD theme…. till now its ok…
I got only the update page that tell me that I have 1 plugin to update… but this not true…. can I resolve this issue?

This issue is caused by LayerSlider which is bundled with Enfold. The next theme update will include the updated LayerSlider version and then the update notice will disappear. If you really want to update LayerSlider you need to purchase a standalone plugin license here: https://codecanyon.net/item/layerslider-responsive-wordpress-slider-plugin/1362246
