Firstly I had problems with the site and the layerslide. I updated enfold to resolve the issue and then I lost most of the functions from Enfold Child Theme Options. Then I deleted the theme folder from ftm and I re installed the theme from ftp upload. Nothing. Please help…

Thanks for that, I see the same thing on my end. Your site is blank and the theme options are not loading. Do you know which version of PHP you are running? We recommend 7.1 or higher.

Thanks for the update, I tried logging in again but the details are not working anymore. Please check.
Did you try to deactivate all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them? You could also try to reinstall the theme.

I have deactivate all plugins nothing changed.
I have reinstall the theme from ftp (overwrite while in maintence mode and after I manually deleted the theme folder) both times nothing change.
I have reinstall the theme from wordpress,themes, add new. Nothing change.
I have reinstall the theme from wordpress, with “Update Theme and Plugins from Zip File” plugin, Nothing change still the same.
I have read anything in the forum about the theme, “frond end, back end not working” not a clue.
What shall I try next?

Thanks for the update.
Why is there a child theme in the root directory? Are you sure that you didn’t accidentally override the files in the root directory when you update the theme? Please override your installation with a fresh copy of the latest WordPress files.
We keep getting the following error in the console and according to the forums, the error occurs due to server limitations causing the site or the server to time out.
ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH 200Please contact your hosting provider for additional help.

No idea how that child theme end up there!!!. I deleted it.
I upgraded wordpress to version 5.2 from the dashboard. Nothing change. I have sent the error msg to my provider and waiting for their reply. Where in the console are you getting the “ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH 200” in order to replicate the error?Thank you very very much in advance.

Have you heard anything from your hosting provider yet? Did you check if the server storage capacity is not full? We see that error in the browser console.

We can’t figure out the issue. We edited a few files and deactivated the plugins to no avail. We also tried to login in the dashboard but the previous info is no longer valid. Please provide another account so that we can recheck the settings.

The account doesn’t have admin rights. Please change the user role.
Did you create a development or staging area for this particular site? Please clone the site to a staging site or domain so that we can debug the issue there.
