Back end demo

Hey there my client is looking to update their website we looked at a bunch of themes together and they chose one of yours as one of the final 2 choices, they want a more in depth look at this one :

is there a backend demo that one?
or a version of that one where the portfolio is: a)in color and b) in a grid style portfolio instead masonry?
I’m assuming the above two requests would be able to be customizable once purchased?
