Hihi!
I am using WP 4.4 and Enfold 3.4.6 and my aviva builder is not loading at all. I have another website on 4.4 and Enfold 3.2.3 and i am using it to build right now. I’m not so techy and its frustrating for me. What should i do?
Should I also upgrade for my other website, that is on ENFOLD parent 3.2.3 to 3.4.6?
Thank you.

December 13, 2015 at 8:59 pm #551765Hi Josue, its geneciaalluora.com that has the issue. (WP 4.4 and Enfold 3.4.6 )
Its happening on all the pages on the new menu. Only the Soul Rich Woman one with version ( WP 4.4 and Enfold 3.2.3) is working.
Thanks!

I have a screencast here: http://screencast.com/t/D9F1xEFt
Its strange! I saw that you had no issues with it while i had… I have demonstrated for you on 2 sites, and you can have a look at the difference.
Appreciated!

GeneciaDecember 14, 2015 at 12:22 pm #552127Hi Genecia,
When you note the issue, try opening the Chrome JS console (Command+Option+J) and check if you see any (red) error message.
Cheers!
JosueDecember 14, 2015 at 2:59 pm #552306December 14, 2015 at 4:22 pm #552444Ok, try the following:
1. Via FTP, go to the root of your install, open wp-config.php and place this line of code somewhere around line 34-35:define( 'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );
2. Disable all third-party plugins.
3. Enable the Enfold parent theme.
Best regards,
JosueDecember 14, 2015 at 5:06 pm #552480Hi Josue,
Thanks! But I don’t know how to do code. What should i do?
And enable parent theme, does it mean I no longer use a child theme?
Thank you for your patience!
GeneciaDecember 14, 2015 at 6:06 pm #552521Hi!
1. Hand me a temporary FTP account.
2. No, the idea is to discard: enable the parent theme momentarily > check if the problem persists.
Best regards,
JosueDecember 14, 2015 at 6:22 pm #552537Hi Josue,

Are you running the latest version of Chrome? have you tried disabling all addons?
Best regards,
