    My hosting service informed me that the auto loaded data in mysql wp_options table has exceeded the maximum allowable size. Upon looking at the table, the following item has accumulated the most data: aviaAsset_avia-head-scripts

    That item length is 16149690 bits

    I have not run into this before. Why is this happening and how do I proceed with reducing the length of this?

    Regards

    I found this thread which may be related:
    https://kriesi.at/support/topic/cleanup-wp_options-table-aviaasset_avia-head-scripts/

    I confirmed with our hosting service they are not using Memcached. They said there is no other caching that would affect the database.

    Should I apply the snippet discussed in that thread and if so, where is it placed?

    Hi ihf-eramstad,

    Enfold 4.7.4 has the option to disable adding the timestamp.

    @ihf-eramstad
    did the solution provided by @Victoria solve your issue ?
    and @Victoria, disabling these options will make the site too slow and installing Autoptimize as an alternative will crash the site again just like when the 2 options mentioned in your scan were “enabled”

    Hi,

    @Cloudypro
    : The theme’s file compression settings should be disabled if you are using another minification plugin such as Autoptimize because they are basically doing the same thing, which is to combine the scripts and stylesheets into a single minified file. The settings mentioned above will not be used or will not be in effect if the compression is disabled.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
