    Hi there

    I have done the following successfully for one website, however, not for another one (no idea why):
    a) Added this to functions.php -> add_shortcode(‘avia_search’, ‘get_search_form’);
    b) Added [avia_search] as a custom link in the submenu navigation and styled it a bit in CSS.

    This worked perfectly for one website.
    Tried this for another website as well and there, just the shortcode [avia_search] is displayed in plain text in the submenu navigation.

    Do you know why this happens and what I might be missing here?

    Thanks in advance
    Michael

    Hey Michael,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Where can we check the issue, and would you mind providing a screenshot? You can use imgur, savvyify or dropbox for the screenshot. Thanks.

    b) Added [avia_search] as a custom link in the submenu navigation and styled it a bit in CSS.

    Have you tried placing the custom shortcode in the navigation field?

    Best regards,
    Ismael
