    Hi,
    I’m having problems with this error: https://cl.ly/3o2c1U2f331q

    I’ve researched this post: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/avia_is_mobile-is-not-defined-error-2/

    And I have edited the shortcodes.js file to reflect these changes. I also do not have any cache plugins installed nor am I on any CDN like cloudflare.

    The error still persists.

    I would love for someone to help me troubleshoot this issue. Thanks.

    Hey slui,

    Thanks for giving us the link to your site and screenshot.
    I have checked on it, however I could not see the js error on your site. I have posted a screenshot which is in private content.
    Maybe clearing the browser cache would help. :)
