    Hallo Kriesi Team,
    das ist nun bereits das dritte enfold Theme, welches ich gekauft habe – spricht für eure gute Arbeit – danke dafür!

    Mein jetziges Problem ist etwas tricky, denn der Fehler tritt nicht immer auf – aber in unterschiedlichen Browsern. Ich habe im Footer ein Icon, welches sich animiert “öffnen” soll (wie im Demo Theme: “Enfold One Page Portfolio Theme”). Dies funktioniert leider nur manchmal – heisst manschmal funktioniert die Animatin, meistens aber nicht und das Icon bleibt geschlossen”

    Im “Private Content” findet ihr den Link zur Website. Zudem ein Links zu einem Screenshot, der nochmals zeigt was ich hier beschreibe.

    Hoffe ihr könnt den Fehler nachstellen.

    Hi frankeee!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Which browser are you using when you test this? I tested it on Chrome and Firefox, Windows 7 and the icon shows up every time I refresh the page.

    Tested it on Chrome (latest) and Firefox on MAC – in both Browser the Icons do not show up (even sometimes)

    Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

    #footer .av_font_icon {
    opacity: 1!important;
    transform: none;
-webkit-transform: none;
-ms-transform: none;
}

    Thanks for for your snippet. This will show up the Icons BUT disable the effect. Can you tell me why your effect not working proper?

    Hi!

    I am not really sure why it does not work on your end but it does on my end. I checked your site on Chrome and Firefox on OS X 10.10

    Hi Yigit, I made some more user testings. Problem is: Sometimes it is working, but often not.

    I tested this on:
    MAC: Firefox, Chrome and Safari
    WIN: Firefox and Chrome

    So what can I do? I really like this effect. But when it breaks, the user can´t see anything.

    your icon is working as expected for me (Chrome and Firefox, Mac OSX 10.9.5).

    So what else can I say? I made Sceenshots, I described the failure , but you can´t reproduce it.
