Hello, I’ve been working with enfold for a while, always with the lastest versions and I never had any problem, untill now.
I’m having a pretty serious issue with the admin/frontend process.

    Website: http://www.rklinger.com.ar/new/

If you go to the wp-admin > pages, you’ll see there are two pages published. The first one is the home.
At first, I didn’t have any problem setting up that page and building with the visual editor. I delivered that first preview to the client and continued to do the “Industria” Page, and that’s where the visual editor started to fail seriously.

The bug happens when in the other page you try to put any content (special heading, text block, etc etc) INSDE any column, color section or grid row, (basically, i can’t design any page from now on). Everything i placed in that layout element vanishes. Like if there were a loop error or efold couldn’t save that layout request.

I tried to reinstall the theme (I updated to the latest version), tried to reinstall wordpress, and nothing changed. every time i create something inside any Layout element the page crushes and leaves that blocks empty.

I need to know what issue with the server could be the reason of that malfunction. I am sure is the server, but i don’t know what to sey to the hosting provider to check or adjust. All permissions are granted. We have only a little problem with htaccess and redirects (i can’t see any child page).
I cannot debug this error, and i need to design this sections with layout elements.
Any idea of what could be the problem? O what can i request from the hosting providers? all permissions are granted, you can check that with the ftp access.

I hope we can find a solution.

    Saludos from argentina!

    Hey riberomarcos,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

We added two columns with text block on each and updated the page. We didn’t get any errors and the content has been updated successfully. http://www.rklinger.com.ar/new/wp-admin/post.php?post=125&action=edit

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Thank you for answering!
Yesterday on the last minute, the server enabled some features from the htaccesss/apache server and removed restrictions on files… that made everything work wrong.

Thank you anyway! The template rocks!!
