it is a gallery with lightbox active and the Avia tooltip shows the description even though the “Title” setting is selected.
( PS i removed my temprarily remove title script to be sure that there was no influence on that)
So you can see on hovering the real title as browser tooltip. – Look to those Mockup Images – they got both

PS: seems to be not a problem from Enfold 5 on 4.9 i tested it with same result.
PPS: or does this setting only affect the lightbox?
I seem to remember that it used to be that the titles were displayed here as well. Because the double display of avia tooltip and browser tooltip was the reason to find a script to suppress the browser tooltip.

I believe that you are referring the Lightbox image description text option in the gallery element:
as this is the only option I found where a “title” can be selected, but this only applies to the lightbox title and not the tooltip.
The gallery tooltip is picked from the gallery caption:

and this was always the caption – i see now that on the example page caption and title are synchronized ( guess manually ).
Then it was my fault of thinking, because here was a match to think it would show the title in the avia tooltip.
