    Hi,
MQ-translate tabs are not showing with “Avia TB”!.
There’s like only one tab (eng) that’s available for set-up but others are not visible at all. (not sure if they are still there and just hidden behind Avia. Or simply overridden by Avia plug (conflict?)).

Everything worked fine and was ready to go, up until I’ve noticed this issue with tabs.
    Anyway, can’t do multi-lang atm! :(
Which is kinda essential for this project I’m working on now.
Would be nice if I could just insert saved “Avia TB templates” in other lang tab and adjust the language elements depending on the language.

    Ideas?
Can provide you with login info if needed)) Let me know where to secure send plz, and I will provide.
    Thanks!

    regards.

PS: Just to be clear: Default view is showing the “Lang-Tabs” just fine. That would be one solution to fix this without “Avia” I spose. Just with shortcodes. But it’s a hustle. Should work with “Avia” too imho… That’s not really a light issue I think. There are lot of pplz out there who need mulit-lang… and mq-translate is one of the best.

    Hi avrisar!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

Actually, I only found 3 users in the forum including you who’s using the mqtranslate plugin. Most Enfold users use WPML which is fully compatible with the Advance Layout Builder. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as stated on our support policy due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not included on the theme package will need to be directed to the plugin author.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Cheers!

    Hey!

there is no plan to add any code for MQ translate, as Enfold already works perfectly with WPML.
You could try to ask a freelancer for it, but I personally don’t think it’s possible. Did you already contacted the plugin’s author?
You could use envato.com or werkpress.com to find a freelancer.

    Cheers!

    Hi,
    Thanks for reply!
MQ is free and it works, so that’s the main reason behind using it. Lot’s of folks use it. It’s ppbly second after WPML.
I will consider transition to WPML, but it’s 200 bucks if you want to use all the feats without the hustle of annual renewal.

I’ve just found this piece of code as a possible solution for MQ-Translate:
    http://pastebin.com/zEdX4mp3#

But I’m not really sure where to write it exactly. (ppbly => functions.php?)
Might you have an idea where to write this plz?
I’ve contacted the author of MQ but haven’t got any reply yet. :(

sorry to bother you with this.

    tnx

    Hi!

The functions.php file is in the theme folder (wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php). Probably you need to insert the code at the very bottom of the file but we never used or worked with MQ translate and thus it may break the theme. I strongly recommend to use WPML instead.

    Regards,
    Peter
