    Hey serge esteves,

Please try to disable all plugins to see if there is a conflict, also clear the cache from your caching plugin. If that should not work then you could try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Thanks,
    Rikard

    Hi Serge,

i’ve the same problem. No page builder button. I tried all hints like deactivating all Plugins etc.

I except a quick solution for this price. We have deadlines for our project and we can’t create content. terrible!

    Hi,

It appears “Revive Old Post (Former Tweet Old Post)” plugin is causing the issue please delete this plugin via FTP or rename the plugin’s folder via ftp and check if that help’s.

We await to hear from you.

Thank you for your kind cooperation :)

    Hi,

I’ve deleted Revive Old Post plugin, i’ve completely delete enfold directory from server, and i’ve downloadeda fresh install from themeforest and upload it again to my server.

I ve cleared all caches, test on several browser. It’s very strange, cause at one moment i success to display a page on admin wordpress (without avia spinning) and my front website works well again (animations runs smoothly), and then i click on enfold child menu still in wordpress admin and boum, don’t work again!!!

Is it possible that my enfold child is responsible ??

    Hi,

I see you still have some plugin active, are we allowed to disable them for testing purposes?

    Regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Of course i have somme plugins active… my website is in production and I ‘ve already disabled all plugins without success but perhaps you will succeed. Ok, you can disable some plugins for testing purpose but please let me know by mail when you finished your tests.

    Hi,

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

Ok, can you (or ask your host to) disable Apache mod_pagespeed?

    Best regards,
    Josue

    Hi,

I’ve disabled Modpagespeed and it works, thanks! Could you explain why modpagespeed block avia to work ? I’ve tried to disable filters like “rewrite javascript, combine javascript” and others but nothing works, i’ve to completey disable modpagespeed.

    Anyway, thanks

I noticed avia_option_pages.js being modified and combined with other files so i though that was the culprit of the issue, it’s strange that you had to completely disable it (perhaps asking your host about this would be better).

    Best regards,
    Josue

Yes, I know, but its the only way, as far as i know. I configure my host by my own, its a dedicated server. I will try another way to speed my website with plugins like wp rocket or soil, …

    Do you recommend one ?

    #638720

BWP, WP Super Cache, Smush It, gZip compression, set expiry headers are some of the things i can recommend you.

Also, check the following (you could disable pagespeed only on wp-admin):

MAJ 03/06/2016: I figure it out how to resolve the problem, I’ve deactivated defer_javascript with mod_pagespeed and my website runs again smoothly with modpagespeed, a great module to speed my website. So, for other persons with enfold and modpagespeed, dont activate defer_javascript.

And thanks to Joshua Marantz who helped me :)

Thanks for links, gzip ans expiry headers, wpssupercache are already activated, and smush it i don’t like, i prefer compress myself for a better quality/weight ratio. For minifying i ‘ll check

For excluding wp-admin, i’ve already try that but without success…

Thanks, you can close this ticket :)
