Hello and hope you are doing well!
I was going through my wordpress website and realized a plugin randomly stopped showing. After looking, it was:
av_slideshow
I use this extensively on my website for before/after photos and am concerned about it missing. It’s really important for my visitors to be able to see.
Thank you guys for all your great help!
November 30, 2014 at 5:37 pm #360307I have since updated the theme, and now only chrome on desktop is working. Chrome on iPad isn’t working, and firefox isn’t working on any type of browser as far as the sliders go. It also doesn’t work in safari. This is very frustrating as I purchased this theme because the developers showed pride in the theme by advertising it as responsive and functional on all browsers. The Slider is a pinnacle part of the theme, as a short code within the theme builder, but it seems to be neglected on this latest update on every single browser except Chrome. This is a huge problem. Please help me figure out how to make sure the slider works on ALL browsers, as this theme advertises.
December 1, 2014 at 4:14 am #360568Hey!
Thank you for using Enfold.
I tested the slideshow elements on safari, firefox and chrome and it works fine. http://schneidercentre.com/test-page/ & http://schneidercentre.com/breast-surgery/breast-augmentation/before-after-photos/
Can you please provide a link to the actual page with the issue? Please remove browser cache then test it again.
Cheers!
IsmaelDecember 2, 2014 at 5:55 pm #361615Hey Ismael,
thank you for such a great test. The extra testing is very helpful and I am grateful for your feedback.
I do unfortunately have some sliders still down on the following pages:
Breast lift – http://schneidercentre.com/breast-surgery/breast-lift/before-after-photos/
gynecomastia – http://schneidercentre.com/breast-surgery/male-gynecomastia/
Brachioplasty – http://schneidercentre.com/body-contouring-plastic-surgery/arm-lift-surgery/All of these pages work great on chrome, but show no slide shows on firefox and safari. Internet Explorer has the same issues. What is REALLY odd is that your test page works on the browsers, but where I need the slider working on my actual services pages, they are missing. Very odd. It could be a setting within the slider that is preventing it from showing. Let me know what you think.
Thank you again!
December 3, 2014 at 6:45 am #361980Hi!
I tested all pages on firefox, chrome and the slider are still working. I’ll ask the rest of the support team to take a look. Please try to remove browser cache then reload the page.
Cheers!
IsmaelDecember 4, 2014 at 1:25 am #362624I have experienced this issue most frequently on Safari, but see it on recent versions of both Chrome and Firefox. Let me know it the rest of the team has any other solutions. Thank you!

ElliottDecember 8, 2014 at 5:37 pm #364805Since I originally entered my ticket, I’ve seen the issue begin to resolve. The experience is still slightly different per browser but that can be expected. Thank you for your help on this. Feel free to close this ticket.
